Federico Savini


Federico Savini is Assistant Professor in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Amsterdam. He is sociologist by training and he researches the role of politics, politicians, and all kinds of stakeholders in the process of urban and regional development. He conducted extensive research on issues of metropolitan planning, strategic planning, land markets, zoning and regulatory frameworks. His research is commissioned by different agencies, including the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment, Municipality of Amsterdam, and European government.
